The Population Health Senior Program Administrator will work within the Office of Population Health and lead programs and projects that help achieve our population health objectives.

The Population Health Program Administrator is responsible for managing entire programs and projects, driving continuous process improvement, and partnering with all the various stakeholders across the health system that can assist in these various value-based care/care transformation programs.

A particular focus for this role are cost and utilization reduction projects working in partnership with our hospitals, medical groups, and school of medicine departments. The Senior Program Administrator will partner with physician leaders to develop, deploy, and monitor interventions across the health system.

Location: Hybrid (home) and in Baltimore, MD

Requirements:

Master's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Health Economics or another related field is requiredPrevious experience managing entire programs and projects within the Population Health/Healthcare/Insurance sectors is preferredPrevious exposure to working within the Maryland Total Cost of Care model is preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 36.49 per hour - Maximum 60.26 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
