As a Senior Product Manager of Hematology Marketing, you'll use your expertise and experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to ensure a successful launch of anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel), our lead CAR T candidate for the treatment of patients with relapsed refractory multiple myeloma.
In this role, you'll be an essential member of the core cross-functional commercial launch team, the joint marketing and launch team with our commercialization partner, Kite Pharma, and of the Arcellx brand marketing team that is responsible for developing the pre- and post- launch plan for anito-cel. Importantly, you'll also play a major role in ensuring anito-cel is delivered to multiple myeloma patients in need of more options in their treatment journey.
The "Fine Print" - What You'll Do
Support development and lead execution of priority tactical plans to support product launch and potential new indications.Bring strategies to life through the development and approval of core promotional messaging, creative and materials, and execution of HCP tactics, to drive brand and launch readiness goals.Manage detailed tactical plans, project timelines, marketing budget, SOWs, POs, contracts, and all key deliverables aligned to effective launch readiness with a high degree of accuracy.Effectively translate primary and secondary data into insight-driven decision-making and actionable strategies and tactics to establish and sustain a competitive marketplace advantage.Manage key vendor and agency relationships, including the promotional agency of record.Lead Arcellx presence and participation in key congresses such as ASCO and ASH.Foster trust and collaborate effectively with internal cross functional stakeholders, including the broader marketing team, sales, regulatory, medical, and legal teams, and partner closely with key stakeholders from our co-commercialization partner.Leads approval process for marketing materials through internal promotional review process including management reviews and Med-Legal-Reg, and final production.Skills and Experience We Look For
Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.5+ years of pharma/biotech US marketing experience. Candidates with more experience may be considered at the Associate Director level.Oncology/hematology marketing and/or relevant therapeutic areas experience highly preferred.Recent launch experience in cellular therapies, Hematology, Immuno-Oncology, targeted therapies, or personalized medicine highly preferred.Prior joint venture/co-promote/co-marketing alliance experience preferred.Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions and compliance-related issues.Proven ability to effectively work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders, juggle multiple projects and exercise sound judgment under tight timelines, formulate, develop, and execute strategy, and thrive in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of results.Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
