As a Senior Specialist, MSAT and Manufacturing, your mission is to ensure timely delivery to patients. You will be instrumental in bringing our cutting-edge cell therapy manufacturing facility to life. Our life-saving treatments depend on the dedication of our cell therapy team. Your contributions will significantly enhance our capacity to provide transformative cell therapy to those who need it most.
The "Fine Print" - What You'll Do
Provide technical support for T-cell manufacturing process changes, process validation, and discrepancy/deviation investigations.Lead technology transfers of T-cell processes to internal sites and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), ensuring robust production in a GMP environment.Develop production schedules and oversee daily operations within the in-house manufacturing facility.Implement and manage an on-the-job training (OJT) program for production personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce deviations, and enhance product quality.Ensure personnel safety and adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) standards during operations.Execute cell therapy manufacturing activities, including batch production, aseptic processing, and technology transfer.Author technical reports, review and approve manufacturing batch records and SOPs, and contribute to regulatory submissions for licensing processes at new and existing manufacturing sites.Perform risk assessments, gap/facility fit analysis, deviation investigations, change controls, CAPAs, and root-cause analysis.Skills and Experience We Look For
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field and 8+ years of relevant industry experience. Cell therapy experience in a MSAT or manufacturing supervisory role is preferred.Excellent aseptic techniques and experience with cell processing equipment.Ability to operate within a clean room environment.Deep understanding and adherence to cGMP requirements.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience and education. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
