We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator supports and works directly with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee the recruitment activities of job posting, interview scheduling and first-day onboarding preparations as shown below. With excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting support• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• Strong knowledge in recruiting activities• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks at one time• Basic knowledge of local regulatory compliance and local employment law preferred• Strong experience within applicant tracking systems (i.e., Workday)• Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.
Responsibilities:• Support the scheduling of interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers and arranging travel for visiting candidates where applicable.• Prepare job descriptions for posting within the applicant tracking system, ensuring appropriate formatting and language use.• Prepare onboarding welcome packet materials for new hires on first day.• Provide assistance with onboarding agenda preparation which may include room reservations, securing badging appointments and first-day meetings with various partner groups.
