This may include working on operational assignments, remedy oversights and participate in clean-up projects. These assignments require extreme attention to detail. Must have strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management and internal and external clientele, required. Position reports to Supervisor, Operations or designee
Key Responsibilities
Communicates with business/stakeholders to provide relative feedback to key projectsAudits policies for accuracy via our online platformProvides Underwriting support by creating express renewal accountsReviews reports for accuracy and uploads to our proprietary systemDrafts immediate and detailed communication to insureds regarding vulnerabilitiesUpdates and shares Accounting payable codes applicable to the businessAssists with projects to ensure broker and insured information is consistent and not duplicated across systemsBuilds partner product reports for the Reinsurance DepartmentMakes recommendations to IT to help identify specific deficiencies within our proprietary systemMust possess strong initiative, and actively take steps toward resolutions; be solution mindedAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office required, with Excel mastery. Able to analyze, interpret, deconstruct and manipulate large quantities of data with accuracyAttention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies a mustActive participation in employee development opportunitiesWillingness to contribute to the success of the business unit by acting with core values in minMinimum Knowledge, Qualifications and Education Requirements
2 years of relevant and progressive business experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office experience required with Excel mastery
