What you'll do

As a Lead Product Manager, you are a highly motivated leader who is accountable for defining the customer success strategy, internal data product roadmap, and designing solutions that build trust and develop features to scale and accelerate business decisions.

You are accountable for metrics, improving quality, and driving adoption of data products in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Docusign partner ecosystem. You will partner closely with customer success strategy leaders, clarify strategic intentions, identify business outcomes, and develop a product feature roadmap. With your knowledge in both data and renewals business, you will deliver in-depth insights and recommendations to decision-makers.

You have proven experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations. You have excellent written and oral communication skills, analytics and consultative skills, and partner engagement skills. You build out the data story that helps our executives to understand the opportunities and accelerate the decisions.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Director - Product Management.

Remote:

Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring

Basic

12+ years of experience in transforming customer success and renewals with data and analytics5+ years of experience with SaaS business operations and leading organizational changeExperience with data governance process for SaaS business metrics and policy implementationsPreferred

Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to develop concepts and theories by connecting data across business domainsExperience in Tableau or other visualization toolsExperience in advanced analyticsCustomer Success and renewals acumen with an ability to communicate the data storyWage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $164,800.00 - $232,750.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary

Washington DC: $171,500.00 - $242,225.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
