What you'll do:
Work with dealership teams to determine the best products to present to the customer, based on the customers' individual needsAssist teams with determining terms of customer purchases including pricing, financing, and paymentSecure financing for customers utilizing a variety of systems and informationBuild and maintain positive relationships with local banks, credit unions, and other key vendorsAssist teams with presentation, explanation, and selling aftermarket products and warranty packagesDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable federal and state regulationsSelect appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes deliveryTrack, monitor, and move F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrationsDevelop unique ways to drive sales through events, community activities and local marketing campaignsPlan and manage budgets by initiating and assessing cost control techniquesMaintain in-stock levels through precise inventory managementObtain and analyze customer feedback to ensure high service levels are maintainedStay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventoryWhat we're looking for:
Experience and a proven track record as a Sales and Finance Manager
within the RV industryComprehensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory, shrinkage control, security methods and consumer behaviorEnthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, vendors, and employeesStrong leadership qualities that exemplify a no-pressure, high integrity sales approachStrong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills with previous exposure to customer data and inventory systemsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceNeat, clean, and professional appearanceAbility to pass a background check and drug testDemonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workersWho we are:
