Data Center experience (equipment installation/de-installation) Service Now experienceExperience in palletizing equipment and processing disposals Shipping and Receiving experienceExperience with inventory management Environment knowledge (equipment familiarity Network, Server, Firewall, vendor (Telecommunication, Telecommunication, SPECTRUM) equipment)Fiber and copper connectivity experience (different types of fiber, Single mode, multi-mode, MPO)Troubleshooting connectivity issues fiber/copper testing (equipment testers)Understanding of industry standards for fiber/copper patch panel connectivity and labeling standardsWireless Access Point install/de-install, troubleshootingPreferred Data Center certification (Server+, Network+, etc.)Understanding of power requirements for equipment(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue(2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time(3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies(4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts(5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
