As a operations continuous improvement manager, senior you will...Provide shoulder-to-shoulder support to our Roastery & Reserve retail leadership teams. Consult with retail operations, to understand needs, gaps and existing problems to be solved.Be a subject matter expert and consult with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision making relating to implementation and change management.Problem solving - grasp the situation through business acumen, research and assessment including observing the retail store environment, gathering customer feedback and insights.Implementation of new and existing programs - develop robust and detailed work plan for implementation of key initiatives including a change management approach.Evaluate success of programs and initiatives, influence adjustments to projects or programs to continuously improve.Culinary expertise - support the launch of all new promotions by training our in-store food leaders.
