(Ability to present recommendations concisely to cross-functional partners and gain support for consensus plans rooted in data and assumptionsQuantitative and qualitive data analysis (linking root cause to action driving KPI Improvement)Ability to work with and deal in ambiguity, analyze existing data, make assumptions, and present business case for action.Ability to work well with sales and marketing teams to build a consensus forecast Technology Proficiencies:Microsoft Office SuiteKinaxis, Logility, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, John Galt or equivalent supply chain planning solution Preferred Attributes:2 + years of relevant Demand Planning / Forecasting backgroundA fast-paced, multi-tasking expert with strong cross-functional project management capabilitiesEnd-to-end supply Chain knowledge and understanding; able to quickly make decisions based on analysis of current assumptions.
