Title: Demand Planning Sr. AnalystPay: $56.00/hr - Paid WeeklyHours: Week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMLocation: San Francisco, CA (Onsite Critical)OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Analyst for Demand Planning to join our team in managing and optimizing the supply chain process. This role is critical for driving accurate forecasts and working closely with cross-functional partners to support data-driven decisions.Job Description Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify root causes and develop actions to improve KPIs. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create consensus forecasts. Present recommendations to cross-functional partners, gaining support for consensus plans based on data and assumptions. Work with ambiguity to analyze existing data, make assumptions, and present business cases for action.Required Skills 2+ years of experience in Planning, Customer Supply Chain, or other Supply Chain roles. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present concise recommendations and gain support for plans. Experience in data analysis, linking root cause to actions driving KPI improvements. Ability to work with ambiguity, analyze existing data, and present actionable business cases. Ability to work effectively with sales and marketing teams to build consensus forecasts.Technology Proficiencies Microsoft Office Suite Kinaxis, Logility, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, John Galt, or equivalent supply chain planning softwarePreferred Attributes 2+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting. Expertise in multitasking and managing cross-functional projects.
