Position Summary
Coordinate all activities associated with the construction of City infrastructure; coordinate assigned activities with contractors and City departments and perform a variety of tasks relative to area of responsibility.

Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements
Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business management, public administration, urban studies, or construction management;
and
Four (4) years of experience in managerial building construction;
and
To include
two (2) years supervisory experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a valid new Mexico Driver's License.Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within 6 months from date of hire.Preferred Knowledge
