They can't be afraid to dream big or be deterred by a challenge - this is a great opportunity to come in and lead one of our high growth, strategically relevant brands and make a significant impact in our division and our consumers' lives.General SummaryAs a Brand Manager you will be responsible for taking charge of one of our fantastic, high growth chips brands (Cape Cod, Kettle and Late July) and charting the next chapter in its success story. Specific responsibilities include continuing to strengthen and refine the brand positioning & consumer proposition, developing the annual plan, delivering the business plan, partnering with communications teams to establish our voice in the market and leaning-in with our innovation team to bring to life the best additions to our lineup.This role will have full P&L responsibility leading the cross functional business teams, partnering with Breakthrough Innovation, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Sales Strategy & Planning to effectively commercialize and execute plans with excellence. Additionally, the Brand Manager will be responsible for successfully leading a team of (1-2) direct reports, helping develop and coach the next level of brand managers.There is such tremendous upside to this brand and the right candidate for this role must be able to navigate between the day-to-day business deliverables and setting the long-term course for growth and success.Minimum Requirements:Education - Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or MBA (MBA strongly preferred)

Minimum 5 years experience in consumer brand management in house at a large consumer facing company. Experience at large CPG companies and/or food CPG companies is strongly preferred.

Strong experience with POS/Panel Data to inform strategy and decision-making across multiple functions to drive business growth.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:Proven portfolio brand strategy development using a disciplined approach

Demand Planning and Forecasting experience - managing monthly consumption analysis and volume forecasting.

Positive track record for developing successful breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns with emphasis on digital and social media

Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable opportunities with limited information/ knowledge base

Proven ability to develop category and customer strategies to win with clear compelling category selling stories.

Consumer first mindset in developing brand communication strategies

Strong collaboration skills to bring to life In-Market Activations and define launch scenarios

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders across multiple leadership levels and external agencies.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic everchanging working environment.

Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Circana/IRI, Nielsen & SPINS.

Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$144,200-$207,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
