Position: Power Platform DeveloperLocation: RemoteRate: $55/hr on W-2 (No C2C or third-party candidates)Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in the Power Platform, with a focus on PowerApps development and automation through Power Automate. This role requires a strong grasp of business processes to translate needs into functional, low-code PowerApps solutions, supporting various business functions and collaborating closely with our Business Analyst team.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements.Design workflows using Power Automate to automate processes.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Translate business requests into scalable, maintainable PowerApp solutions.Provide technical support and training to end-users.Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) including environment variables, solutions, and integration with Dataverse and SharePoint.Assess and document existing Power Platform solutions, recommending improvements.
Qualifications:Required:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in developing PowerApps solutions.Proficiency in Power Automate.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with business process analysis and requirements gathering.Knowledge of Agile methodologies.Advanced Power Automate skills.Proficiency in Power BI reporting and SQL for backend data handling.
Work Environment:Fast-paced office atmosphere with shifting priorities and regular interaction with internal and external contacts.
