We are seeking a Sales Manager to be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships within the offshore services sector. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the marine logistics and offshore support industry.

*Sales Manager Responsibilities*

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the offshore oil and gas market.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

* Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

* Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the Director of Sales.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

*Sales Manager Position Requirements*

* 5-10 years similar work experience with 3-5 years of experience in long sales-cycle projects

* Previous maritime experience including Renewables or Oil & Gas

* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across a broad set of international energy companies

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market developments into commercial strategies.

* Very strong commercial and financial acumen with good negotiation skills and the ability to project or anticipate clients move and articulate a value proposition for a prospective customer

* Ability to interpret the company’s current sales situation, recommending changes, improvements, and other measures

* Creative marketing capability

* Work efficiently with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

Pay Range from $100,000 – $150,000 per year
