OVERVIEW
iTech AG is seeking a strong ServiceNow Application Developer to support our federal customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop custom features, and workflows to satisfy business needsDesign and develop queries, reports, and dashboardsDesign, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirementsWork with remote teams and clientsWork independently as well as collaborativelyWork closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilitiesBuild customized ServiceNow applicationApply technical expertise to enhance team capabilitiesLead the development team to architect and deploy solutions using ServiceNow platformWork with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutionsCommunicate technical solutions to non-technical audienceOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATION
3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developerExperience in implementing the ServiceNow Service Portal, and building custom applications, which include but are not limited to custom tables, catalog items, workflows, script includes, portal widgets, and business rulesServiceNow Custom application development experienceExpertise with JavaScript, HTML, and CSSStrong experience in producing quality client-facing deliverable contentStrong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitudeExperience with the Nuvolo IWMSEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA)SECURITY CLEARANCE
Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain Public TrustPursuant to a government contract, US Citizenship is required
