Job Description:Must have skills:Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementationKnowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.Experience in developing complex catalog itemsExperience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvementsExperience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNowExperience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasksExperience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).Role and Responsibilities:
