The Role
As the Senior Analytics Engineer, you will build data and analytics products that enable faster decision making, data democratization, and self-service functionality. These tools will deliver high-visibility dashboards and data insights to our media and consulting teams that are managing a portfolio of global retail and consumer clients.

ResponsibilitiesCreate interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize marketing performance and key metricsDevelop custom reports and visualizations to meet internal team and client needs, to support strategic decision-makingPrioritize design best practices, with a strong focus on user experiencePerform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/designDevelop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various marketing platforms and sourcesEnsure scalable data architecture and designReview and improve existing systems and collaborate with teams to integrate new systemsCollaborate with marketing teams to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendationsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI systems and reportsRequirements
5+ years as a BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similarBachelor's Degree or BS or comparable degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAdvanced BI development skills and knowledge of interactive data visualization best practicesStrong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databasesExperience with data integration tools and ETL processesExperience developing and applying predictive models and other advanced statistical approaches, preferably in a marketing, media, or retail contextA strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize immediate needs and create roadmaps for future needsStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable mannerCompetency in Excel for data manipulation
$125,000 - $170,000 a year
