Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary leader for the role of Group Product Director in our Oncology Omnichannel/Digital Strategy team. In this pivotal position, you will drive the advancement of our omnichannel vision, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and enhancing engagement with both healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Advance the Omnichannel Vision for Oncology Business Unit
Inspire understanding and alignment across Senior Leaders within Commercial, Medical, and enabling functions to deliver full Omnichannel vision across the healthcare ecosystem.
Be a positive disrupter and champion new ways of working to persuade constituencies to meet the personal needs of customers/patients.
Partner across all brands in the Oncology portfolio to lead insights to drive Omnichannel strategy
Serve as a trusted advisor for Sr. Leaders to drive the Omnichannel Vision and strategy
Lead delivery of Omnichannel Strategy for Key Audiences
Lead a team of internal and external contributors to deliver data driven Omnichannel strategy and tactical plan to achieve business objectives.
Use model insights, market research and market knowledge to direct personalized engagement approach in personal and digital channels.
Manage Key External Partners to Deliver Omnichannel Plans
Own relationship with critical partners required to drive plan performance inclusive of Media Agencies, Creative Agencies, and consultants. Drive program management excellence to deliver timelines and remove barriers.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, develop and mentor a high-performing team with an emphasis on creating integrated strategies
Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in a related field; MBA or other related graduate degree preferred
A minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 4 years of marketing, sales, sales leadership and/or commercial experience
A minimum of 3-4 years of digital/omnichannel experience required
Prior direct people management experience is required
Oncology experience is preferred
Familiarity with marketing technologies, cloud solutions, data analytics, or other digital capabilities
Understanding or experience in using machine learning models and/or data to direct promotion across CRM and media/digital channels
Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and demonstrated capabilities in digital customer engagement and the use of innovative ways to transform business models and provide new customer value-producing opportunities
Demonstrated knowledge of media planning and execution, as well as measurement
Experience leveraging multiple marketing technology tools (e.g., CDP, orchestration engines, CRM, 3rd party engagement platforms)
Exhibit a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit; Experience leading through large-scale change and transformation, and exceptional communication and leadership skills
Ability to mobilize an organization by setting a vision, providing clarity, and translating strategy into successful execution
Ability to implement strategic transformation without perfectly outlined roadmap
Strong leadership experience, including prior experience leading management level teams; Consistent track record to lead, develop, coach, and engage and inspire high performing and diverse teams
Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and improve patient outcomes
Energy to inspire change; high tolerance for ambiguity and willingness to adapt to change
Exceptional organizational skills as well as a track record of finding solutions with minimal direction
Travel approximately 25%, dependent upon business needs
