Our team in Corporate Group is looking for a highly skilled Senior Endpoint Engineer with expertise in architecting, building, and supporting endpoint solutions, focusing on operating systems, hardware, drivers, and web browsers. This role is pivotal in driving our organization's IT infrastructure forward. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that ensure secure, reliable, and efficient management of all endpoint devices across the organization with a focus on enhancing and simplifying the end user experience across a global footprint. You will report to the End User Compute and Endpoint Engineering Manager and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.To be considered for the Senior Endpoint Engineer role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

In lieu of a degree, at least 8 years of additional work experience in an Information Technology discipline or combination of additional experience and education may be considered.

5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or a related field.Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for endpoint management.Expertise in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows/macOS).Strong knowledge of hardware and driver management processes.Familiarity with managing and securing web browsers (Chrome, Edge) on endpoints.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation purposes.Experience with device compliance policies, conditional access, and Windows Autopilot.As a Senior Endpoint Engineer, you will:Architect and design endpoint solutions for OS deployment, hardware management, driver maintenance, and web browser security, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security standards.Lead the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Windows operating systems across various devices, ensuring optimal performance, security compliance, and compatibility.Develop and implement solutions for effective hardware and driver updates, ensuring seamless device functionality and reducing hardware-related incidents.Architect and enforce secure configurations and management policies for web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge) across all endpoints, ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM, including packaging, patch management, and application distribution across various device platforms.Leverage scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to automate routine tasks, configurations, and patching processes, improving operational efficiency.Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain endpoint security standards, including compliance through endpoint hardening, encryption, and monitoring.Proactively monitor the health and performance of endpoints to optimize end-user experience.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Cyber security, network engineering, and desktop support teams) to ensure successful implementation of solutions.Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.How We Care for You:Financial Rewards: great compensation package, annual profit sharing, matching 401k, and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Flexible Spending and Health Savings AccountsWork/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance.Health & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan ("EAP") and other supplemental benefit coverages.Professional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programsDiverse and Inclusive Workplace: Employee Resource Groups, cultural events, and celebrations.Salary Range Transparency:Buffalo, NY $120,000.00-$155,000.00 Annually
