Strategic Project Manager

dormakaba is seeking a Strategic Project Manager, this position is remote. The Strategic Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, including strategic business initiatives and complex projects. This role maintains a detailed and technical perspective of project operations from initiation to completion, while continuously monitoring and reporting on progress.
HIRING SALARY RANGE:
Base Salary
$95,000 - $105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Monitor timelines, identify inefficiencies, and adjust as necessary to ensure smooth project progressMaintain a deep understanding of the client's business, brand standards, and tech stack to facilitate seamless product implementationsAssist with strategic projects, pilots, and other business initiatives related to product and software solutionsCollaborate across multiple departments including Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, Operations, and Product Development to define solution strategies, and support strategics initiatives.Proactively communicate changes, risks, and progress with all relevant internal and external teams.WHAT WE REQUIRE
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, etc. or equivalent years of experience.Data analysis and reporting skills using tools like Excel or Power BIProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday)WHAT WE PREFER
6+ years of Project Management experiencePMP (Project Management Professional), or other relevant project management certificationsAgile, Scrum, or Lean certificationsWHAT WE OFFER
