About the Job...

As the

Senior Global Marketing Manager , you will report to our Director of Marketing, supporting ATD's growing international business, driving attendance to conferences and events, growing membership, driving certification applications, and building awareness of ATD outside of the United States. This role has a heavy focus on the Middle East/North Africa and Asia Pacific regions and is responsible for developing and executing an international growth strategy.

Specifically, the key initiatives and responsibilities of this role include:

Developing comprehensive international marketing plans to achieve or exceed revenue goals in ATD's business lines in global marketsCreate and deploy lead generation strategies to build a pipeline of new business in the Middle East, and other strategic regionsOwnership of all website updates, including copywriting, web design, functionality, landing page creation, etcManaging email marketing promotion, with audience segmentation, tailored messaging, and high-quality email designWriting concise and powerful marketing copy for emails, website, social media ads, and other online or print communications as neededIdentify and support the development of marketing communications for trade shows, press, and other advertising or sponsorship in global marketsWorking regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing messages are accurate, up to date, and in alignment with business objectivesCoordinating with in-house graphic designers to develop graphics for website, email, digital ads, social media, promotional videos, brochures, and moreCreating and maintaining project timelines in support of marketing campaignsAbout You...

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent relevant experience is requiredAt least 3 - 5 years global business and marketing experienceAt least 8 years of experience with:

Email marketing through marketing automation platforms and CRMManaging websites through a CMS and web design best practicesCopywriting for marketing materials, specifically emails and websitesAudience segmentation and messaging

An understanding of online marketing strategies for marketing campaign fulfillment.Problem solving and deductive reasoning skillsStrong project management and communications skillsExcellent time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities simultaneouslyAn eagerness and willingness to learn and grow in your professionWillingness to travel globally up to 10% of the timePlease submit the following work samples along with your application...
