At its core, it is programmed to support our partners through advertising and marketing that spans campaigns, content, social, public relations, and physical and virtual experiences. The Robot Company is based in New York City, with requirements to be onsite twice a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) per the Company's policy.
ROLE OVERVIEW: The SpringHill Company is seeking a highly organized, talented
Brand Manager
to join our consulting team at Robot. As a brand manager for The Robot Company, you will be responsible for driving sports, entertainment and cultural marketing strategies from inception through execution. You'll build relationships and support key partner accounts by providing superior client service and executional support. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of your projects while working collaboratively alongside The Robot Company team to provide big, 'never been done' before ideas and strategies for our client teams.
REPORTS TO:
Senior Brand Manager
ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day client and internal needs by overseeing detailed timelines, trackers, milestones, benchmarks and other managerial work streams for team members to use as we drive strategy, ensuring client and internal expectations are aligned.Organize the team on client requests, developing cultural strategies grounded in partner goals and objectives, while marrying Robot's expertise in sports, entertainment and cultural marketing.Contribute to brand strategy development that is grounded in partner objectives and priorities, while marrying Robot's expertise in sports, entertainment and cultural marketing.Develop rapport and trusted relationships with internal team and Client Partners where appropriate.Discover opportunities stemming from cultural, social and digital trends that can inspire richer creative work, timely moments or partnerships (including influencer relationships) that Client Partners can maximize and own.Contribute ideas and pitch in on other project needs within The Robot Company, as necessary.Communicate efficiently, effectively and with excellent attention to detail across both written presentations and day-to-day communications.Drive superior execution of office logistics, office flow and management of external visitors.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience3 - 5+ years' marketing experience, which includes advertising or marketing agency experienceInnate curiosity for the world around you with an ear to the ground on all things sports and cultureSolution-oriented thinker with proactive problem-solving skillsQuick, adaptive learner with a "no job too big, no job too small" attitudeExperience managing and driving clients and/or brand relationshipsGeneral understanding of brand strategy development as well as creative idea development connected to creative briefAbility to strategically structure, prioritize, drive and manage multiple projects and campaigns to ensure the team meets client expectations, while adhering to deadlinesSelf-starter, able to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentExperience using social media as a marketing toolProficient in Word, Excel,Google Suite, and Keynote
$75 - $90 a year
