ROLE OVERVIEW:

The SpringHill Company is seeking a highly organized, talented

Brand Director

to join our consulting team at Robot. As a Director, you are a key agent of The Robot Company. You work closely and foster relationships with client partners to understand needs, opportunities, insights, and challenges to define the solutions Robot can provide. You have a clear vision for the holistic process, strategic needs, and key milestones you and the team need to drive to deliver cultural strategies, never been done before ideas and creative solutions that ladder up to both Robot's and Client business and brand objectives. You have your finger on the pulse of culture (music, fashion, lifestyle, and sports) and stay up-to-date on emerging trends.

REPORTS TO:

Senior Director, Brand Lead

ResponsibilitiesServe as the brand lead, directing junior team members and other internal partners in service of our Client Partners' ambitions.Build rapport and trusted relationships with Client Partners, based on expert counsel, including day-to-day clients as well as internal senior management.Discover opportunities stemming from cultural, social and digital trends that can inspire richer opportunities and moments that Robot's Client Partners can own.Champion cultural insights and tap into the larger Robot team on application of those insights to drive storytelling around key strategies and activations to the best creative output solutions.Support the team in developing cultural strategies and creative outputs grounded in Client Partner goals and objectives, while marrying Robot's expertise in sports, entertainment, and cultural marketing.Deliver key milestones and benchmarks for team members to use as they drive pieces of strategy, ensuring client and partner expectations are aligned.Collaborate with the marketing team, clients and other company partners to find opportunistic cross-company offerings and develop the best possible creative solutions.Oversee junior staff to empower and foster growth while ensuring deliverable timelines and outstanding work quality are being met.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agencyExperience in developing brand strategy and creative ideas connected to the overall strategyExtensive background in and knowledge of culture, with a bonus in sports (namely NBA, NFL, soccer)Ability to strategically structure a project to get to the highest level of workProven ability to manage multiple projects from inception through to execution while adhering to strict deadlinesInnate curiosity for the world around you with an ear to the ground on all things sports and cultureExperience managing budgets for a business unit, as well as process and ops in a highly-matrixed organizationExtensive knowledge in and experience using social and digital mediaExcellent writing, attention to detail and presentation skillsSelf-starter that knows how to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Word, Google Suite, and Keynote

$140,000 - $155,000 a year
