Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Legal Research and Analysis: Assisting General Counsel with legal research and analysis.
• Coordinating with external professionals involved in loan applications, closing, or investment documentation.
• Loan document support for the Housing Department.
• Maintaining and updating legal files and records.
• Managing contracts and projects.
• Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Conducting research on housing policies, impact investment requirements, regulations, & best practices.
• Preparing and organizing housing documentation.
• Obtaining, reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing legal documentation.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports based on document reviews.
