Responsibilities: • Assist seasoned agents in the office by showing homes to buyer clients • Schedule and organize buyer tours • Meet with buyers to view and tour properties • Assist the lead Agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead Agent after the lead Agent has completed a buyer analysis • Prospecting for new business development in the office when not showing homes • Development and training to become a full-time experienced agent • Follow up on showings with feedback and detailed information • Attend all office training for working with buyer clients • Convert buyer leads to buyer consultation appointments • Conduct buyer consultation appointments • Obtain buyer client signatures on buyer agency agreements • Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with a mortgage lender • Prospect for buyer leads • Overcome buyer objections Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Attend all office training for working with buyer clients • Organized and great attention to detail • Flexibility as it relates to buyer schedules and needs • Self-motivated and fast learner • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information • Flexibility in schedule to allow for after-hours/weekend tasks as needed • Experience using Google Drive • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills •
Real estate experience is not required; must have a Real Estate license
Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
