Job Description
Insight Global is looking for two Lifecycle Management Analysts to join one of our top customers. In this role, one resource will have the primary responsibility to work on process mapping and design, automation of manual work activities leveraging various tools and technologies. You will also need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of automation and Lifecycle projects, while leveraging your analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making. This position requires strong technical proficiency, project/process management skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving lifecycle requirements.
The second resource will have a similar focus and be expected to collect, analyze, report and act on data required to forecast and plan for short and long-term life cycle events of hardware and software technologies ensuring supportability while reducing security risks. Program oversight, communication & reporting of EOL remediation projects, Layer two license compliance evaluation & reporting and Asset decommissioning workflow execution.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years experience in managing projects, with a focus on data analytics and/or lifecycle management.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to analyze and visualize complex data sets.
Experience with ServiceNow Data Analytics, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Familiarity with Flexera One IT Visibility or similar IT asset management tools.
Hands on experience with AI tools including prompting design, creation, and implementation
Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, prioritize issues, deliver high quality, timely results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment null
