Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add a Data Analyst to join a large healthcare client's team. This person will need to sit onsite 3 days a week in either Philidelphia, PA or Bloomfield, CT. On a day to day this person will collaborate with multiple teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data. They will be utilizing Excel for data analysis and reporting and then extract data from accounting systems using SQL and APIs. This person will perform data normalization, data management, and data modeling as well as create and maintain reports using Tableau. This person will also be interfacing with data owners to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Our client is looking for someone that can provide excellent customer service and act as a business analyst to understand and meet stakeholder needs.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL for data extraction
Experience with data normalization, data management, and data modeling
Strong skills in using Tableau for data visualization and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Customer service-oriented with a business analyst mindset Background around IT & Finance
Experience working with accounting systems
Familiarity with additional data analysis tools and technologies null
