ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented System s A r chitect to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Systems Architect will have the overall architecture picture in mind and will design and operate as part of the tools team moving from directorate to directorate installing tools, customizing tools, and designing custom solutions.
Prepare and present presentations to NSIN leadership which convey the need, the design, and the benefits expected from each project the team undertakes.
Takes direction from more senior staff as well as supervises and mentors subordinate project and Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in an IT or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in an IT-related discipline
Experience with MBSE tools and methodologies.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban, etc..)
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
