Overview

The

Subcontract Administrative Assistant

is primarily responsible for the preparation and administration of subcontract compliance for multiple companies, and other activities in support of the administration of government-issued contracts. This is a temporary position, expected to last for at least 3 months

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Support the contracts department with subcontract compliance requirementsObtain required compliance documents from Subcontractors and support their efforts in maintaining complianceAssist in building relationships with Subcontractors by being pro-active in their government requirements to DoyonTrack Certificates of Insurance for Subcontractors and their Lower TiersMaintain detailed and organized electronic and hard copies of compliance documents and maintain Vista SoftwarePrepare Subcontract Ledger & Compliance ReportsProvide support for customer/client activitiesGeneral departmental administrative supportOther administrative duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Basic understanding of federal contractsAssociate or Bachelor degreeOne-year contract or subcontract administration experienceConstruction company or government contract experience

SALARY & BENEFITS : Hourly salary range for this position is $20.00-$25.00. Exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and work location. Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, vision, dental, flexible spending, employee assistance program, group and voluntary life and disability insurance and 401(k) retirement plan. Paid Time Off, 10 paid holidays, 5 bereavement and 10 jury duty paid leave.
