This position will provide administrative support to QSAC’s Offices at our QSAC Broadway.

Job Responsibilities

Must complete QSAC Training 1 & 2 (New Hire Orientation & OPWDD Training)Act as assistant to Director and Assistant Director of AdministrationHelp with logistics for various meetings and eventsSome nights and weekends expectedAssist in administration of agency cell and office phonesAct as liaison with vendors and staff and various city and state agenciesManage vendor accounts, including receipts, billing, and access.Assist and address various operational, maintenance and logistical needs for thedepartment and agencyProcess incoming and outgoing mailAct as backup for the Front Desk and Reception when other staff are unavailableMiscellaneous office and special assignments as assigned by Director and/or AssistantDirector of Administration.Qualifications & Work Experience

Detail oriented.Ability to juggle multiple tasks with flexibilityAbility to track and follow-up on all outstanding issues and projectsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal).Advanced skill in Microsoft Office programsAbility to lift 40lbs of dead weightNYS Drivers License preferred.Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or related administrative and/or customer serviceexperience requiredPunctuality and regular attendance are expectedMaintain individual /family confidentialityCommitment to company values and adherence to policies is essentialDependability and flexibility are expectedExcellent interpersonal skills are requiredMissionQSAC is a New York City and Long Island based nonprofit that supports children and adults with autism, together with their families, in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.
