Are you passionate about lists, protocols, and efficiency? Our client has an opening for an exempt Account Manager to lead a team of security officers at a client site in New York City. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Account Manager plays an integral role as the main liaison between the client and the company. A day in your role includes ensuring your site is properly staffed, taking a proactive role in hiring and training new team members, and developing operational procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency.
What you will ownSupervising the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client siteManaging team of security officers, site supervisors, and shift supervisorsPlaying a key role in your team's:
Hiring, selection, and trainingCoaching, development, and supportShift schedulingPayroll
Growing and fostering effective and positive relationships with both clients and employeesMaintaining appropriate inventory levels of uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles utilized at the account siteProducing audit reports such as Scheduling Activity, Training Summary, and Training Detail, as neededDeveloping and implementing operational procedures maximizing efficiencySkills you will bring to the table
Project and priority managementFlexibility and adaptability with a positive attitude to matchPassionate, diligent, and proactiveAbility to work with minimal supervisionStrong interpersonal communication (written and spoken)Exceptional documentation skillsHighly adept in Microsoft Suite and able to quickly learn assorted databasesNegotiables
AA or bachelor's degree in Business Management, strongly preferredNon-negotiables
HS Diploma4+ years of security industry experienceTech savvy
