Business Intelligence Leader

The Business Intelligence leader will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to support business decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to lead a team of BI professionals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute the BI strategy aligned with the companys goals. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI analysts. Foster a data-driven culture within the organization. Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Implement and maintain BI tools and systems. Ensure data governance and compliance with relevant regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies Analysis & Reporting: Design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs. Collaborate with IT to ensure the BI infrastructure supports business requirements. Communicate findings and insights to senior management and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Proven experience in a BI leadership role. Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Alteryx, Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI, etc). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL. Preferred Skills: Manufacturing Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics. Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions.
