The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our product strategy with focus on our cloud services, driving the integration of external solutions. If you are a strategic thinker passionate about building successful partnerships, we want to hear from you. This position requires the employee to work four days a week in the Tysons Corner, VA office.Your Focus:Cloud Ecosystem Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for building and managing cloud offerings that align with the overall business objectives.Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that enhance the capabilities and value of our SaaS product.Product Integration and Enhancement:Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions into our SaaS platform.Drive the enhancement of our product through strategic partnerships, focusing on delivering a unified and seamless user experience.Collaboration and Relationship Building:Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop joint value propositions, collateral, and go-to-market strategies.Market Analysis and Insight:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify partnership opportunities and potential threats.Provide valuable insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market analysis.Performance Measurement and Reporting:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partner initiatives.Regularly report on the status of partner relationships and their contributions to business objectives.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in software product management, technology innovation, or business development roles, with a focus on building and managing partner ecosystems.Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, and the broader software market.AWS, Azure or GCP certified cloud practitioners or solution architects strongly preferred.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and delivering value to customers.Additional Information
