The Senior HCP Engagement Specialist will work in CONMED's Advanced Surgical Division and report to the Senior Director of Marketing to drive corporate compliance. As the Senior HCP Engagement Specialist, you will have accountability and ownership over ensuring the division maintains highly effective compliance practices and procedures. You will also manage compliance oversight of select arrangements with healthcare professionals/entities as well.

* Oversee development and delivery of training, policies, and guidance that are in line with business goals and the Compliance strategy.* Coordinate with business stakeholders to review proposed arrangements with healthcare professionals/entities globally and draft related agreements.* Manage healthcare professional engagement platform consisting of consultant contract review as well as grant, donation, and sponsorship applications.* Oversee the collection of the annual Business Needs Assessments, coordinating with Regional and Business Unit leaders.* Perform data analysis on various metrics including Needs Assessments, modest meal limit audits, and healthcare practitioner transfer of value data.* Develop programs to ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.* Lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, simplicity, and speed of action and propose enhancements to the Compliance program informed by industry trends and best practices.* Support the Compliance team in reporting on the status of compliance program on a regular basis.* Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards* Provide additional support to the Senior Director of Marketing and participate in broader projects for the Marketing Department, as needed

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree* 2+ years of professional experience; compliance experience preferred* 10%-30% travel* This role is not open to employer-based sponsorship.

This position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship. Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range is 65,000-105,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting
