Follow Allergan Aesthetics on LinkedIn.Allergan Aesthetics | An AbbVie CompanyJob DescriptionAs a member of the Body Contouring Customer Marketing Team (CoolSculpting & CoolTone), the Associate Director reports to the Executive Director of Customer Marketing, responsible for Customer Marketing Strategy, Initiatives, and Business Model Execution. The Associate Director will develop, direct, and execute key customer (HCP) marketing initiatives designed to meet or exceed financial targets and key brand metrics. This unique role leads the development of future business models and the launch plans to execute them. Critical to the role will be exceptional leadership skills and proven marketing skills in HCP and/or consumer channels. This role requires demonstrated marketing and commercial acumen, operational and program management experience, experience in medical device or pharmaceutical channels, and demonstrated skillset in leading projects with the ability to anticipate and pivot quickly as driven by the needs of the business.Strong collaborative skills are required, as the role will work across numerous internal and external partners and key stakeholders. Key partners include consumer and field marketing, operations, sales leadership, BTS/technology and analytics teams, finance, and sales training. Additionally, strong analytical and presentation skills are necessary. The ideal candidate will have a solid track-record demonstrating strong business acumen, where s/he has successfully taken ideas from inception to completion.Qualifications+ Bachelors degree required+ Develop HCP marketing programs and collaborate with cross functional team members to ensure consistency and flawless launch execution across all relevant channels+ Lead the implementation of marketing programs from concept to execution, driving collaboration among internal and external partners+ Lead and coordinate cross-functional team through the development and execution of new business models across the body contouring franchise+ Develop effective working relationships with Regulatory, Legal, Medical and Compliance counterparts to ensure all tactics meet requirements+ Oversee the development and management of promotional programs and tools: Lead the team to develop promotional tactics and sales tools that support brand strategies+ Lead in the development of annual brand planning for respective strategies and tactics, including business objectives, strategies and translation of strategies to marketing programs and campaigns to measurable outcomes+ Contribute towards achieving brand financial and market share goals, manage promotional budget, deliver quarterly profit targets+ Participate in advisory boards, market research and customer interactions to integrate insights into tactical execution+ Collaborate with internal creative team and external creative agenciesAdditional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ??+ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
