Provides overall departmental support across research and administrative processes.Maintains and develops organizational processes.Coordinates the administration of grant funded projects, and departmental processes.Works with the Program Administrator and Center Director to prepare and implement administrative guidelines and procedures.Provides oversight and facilitation.Provides routine and nonroutine information and explanations to clients.Creates informational materials.Provides supporting research, analysis, and proposal data.Prepares, processes, and controls records, statistics, reports, and documents.Contributes to the design, execution, and interpretation of social science, experimental, survey research, and other studies with a focus on qualitative methodologies.

Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a social science discipline.Two (2) years of administrative and research experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Certifications/LicensesPreferred Qualifications
Experience working with data in NVivo or similar qualitative data management software.Knowledge about community colleges, STEM education, economic development, and workforce development.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstration of strong verbal and written communications skills.Ability to work well with others, as well as independently and under minimal supervision.Strong qualitative research ability.

This position is project based and contingent upon continued grant funding.
