Compensation Manager , you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and managing compensation programs. You will ensure that compensation practices are competitive, equitable and aligned with the business objectives. Compensation Manager Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programsConduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive positioningEvaluate job descriptions and perform job evaluations to determine appropriate salary rangesCollaborate with HR and management to design incentive and bonus programsEnsure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulationsProvide guidance and support to HR business partners and management on compensation-related mattersPrepare and present compensation reports and analyses to senior leadershipParticipate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to benchmark positionsLead the merit and incentive cycles
Compensation Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred4+ years of experience in compensation analysisStrong analytical and quantitative skills, including ExcelIn-depth knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation methods and market analysisProficiency in HRIS and compensation management softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
