Sr Communications Manager
As a Sr Communications Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the brand and reputation of our Aerospace Technologies (AT) business grou;p. You will work closely with the Sr Director Communications to shape and execute the communication strategy, ensuring that our messaging aligns seamlessly with our strategic objectives, brand identity, and long-term vision. Your role will involve working collaboratively with communication professionals, managing internal communication materials, and building relationships with key stakeholders. You will report directly to our Sr Director Communications and you'll work out of our Aerospace Technologies (AT) location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation
• Work collaboratively with a team of communication professionals to execute communication plans and initiatives
• Create and manage internal communication materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals
• Provide guidance and support to junior communication team members
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communications

• 8+ years of experience in communications
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies
• Experience in managing media relations and crisis communication
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive results

• Master's degree in communications or business administration
