Honeywell Advanced Connected Solutions Technology (ACST) team is seeking a highly-qualified Materials Management Analyst II for our Golden Valley, MN location. You will be responsible for accurate tracking and tagging of government and Honeywell property per established procedures and regulations, utilizing an inventory collection system. Further, this Materials Management Analyst II is responsible for process improvements in the inventory tracking and reporting.
The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $65,200.00 - $81,500.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Tagging of government and Honeywell property according to property type and category rules
Accurate record keeping of receiving documents and data entry of government and Honeywell owned assets into eQuip! inventory system
Creation and execution of import ready spreadsheet for inventory data collection and entry into inventory management system
Receiving, tagging, in-shipping and recording of gasses for laboratories
Generate process improvements for improved efficiencies in inventory management
Coordinating activities with dock, stockroom and program team members for efficient interactions of material and information
YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in inventory and materials management
Due to U.S. export control laws, must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
WE VALUE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
Prior experience in government property management preferred
SAP and inventory management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in support of ACST staff, projects and labs
Participation in a culture of excellence and teamwork
Ability to multitask with flexibility, accuracy and speed
