IT PMO ID 2024-1758 Job Locations US Remote Yes Overview IT PMO is responsible for overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) for the organization's implementation, deployment and integration projects. This role involves leading and coordinating project management activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and driving successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget. The IT PMO will work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure governance, standardization, and continuous improvement in project execution. We are looking for a strong Functional Project Manager who excels in the Dynamics space. Essential Functions PMO Leadership: Lead the PMO, managing a team of project managers, coordinators, and analysts. Establish and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and processes across ERP projects. Develop and maintain the project governance framework, ensuring adherence to project management best practices. Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of ensuring alignment with business goals. Ensure that project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met. Manage project interdependencies and resource allocation across the ERP portfolio. Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to align MS Dynamics ERP projects with organizational strategy. Facilitate regular communication and reporting with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues. Resolve conflicts and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Develop contingency plans and monitor risk factors to ensure project objectives are achieved. Lead issue resolution processes, ensuring quick and effective solutions. Financial Management: Oversee the budgeting and financial management of ERP projects. Track and report on project costs, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets. Implement cost-saving strategies and optimize resource utilization. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure the quality of project deliverables, meeting or exceeding organizational standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, identifying areas for process optimization. Implement lessons learned from completed projects into future ERP projects.
