We believe in providing staffing solutions to address the current talent gap - Right Talent - Right Time - Right Place - Right Price and acting as a Career Coach to our consultants.Role - MongoDB DBAReading, PA (Onsite 3 Days a week)ContractResponsibilities:Design and implement MongoDB database architectures for high-performance, scalable applicationsLead the development of company-wide data architecture strategies and best practicesOptimize existing MongoDB deployments for improved performance and efficiency complex data models and schema designs that align with application requirements and industry best practicesImplement data migration strategies and manage the evolution of database structuresDeveloping/setting alerts, observability for MongoDbEnsure data security, integrity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)Implement and maintain MongoDB clusters including replica sets and sharded clusters, ensuring data distribution and fault toleranceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MongoDB solutions into enterprise applicationsArchitect multi-database solutions, integrating MongoDB with other databases and data processing systemsLead database capacity planning and performance forecastingConduct regular architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvementDevelop, validate and maintain disaster recovery and high availability strategiesEvaluate new database technologies and recommend adoption when appropriateTroubleshoot complex database issues and provide expert-level supportStay current with MongoDB updates and emerging database technologiesTranslate technical concepts and patterns into business benefits for managementHave situational awareness and react appropriately in group settingsAdvise team on architectures, patterns, and strategies for making the best use of MongoDBAlign to support teams with activities such as technical discovery, demos, proof of value (&concept), presentation, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria, working across a number of opportunities in parallelProactively seek opportunities to support and mentor team members and share standard methodologiesPerform Database upgrade and security patchesDevelop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime.Work with development teams to understand application requirements and provide guidance on data modeling and database design.Thanks,Anup TiwaryTeam Lead - Recruitment(201) 479-0965anup.tiwary@
