We’re in search of intellectually curious, creative, and driven individuals with proven experience consulting on complex, high-impact strategic projects. You will support COUNTRY's success by analyzing opportunities to deliver value to our clients, identifying root causes and appropriate levers to pull for improvement, and supporting planning processes for strategic alignment and execution.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does a Strategic Consultant make an impact?
Champions assigned areas and drives organizational focus on client-value delivery by understanding current and future client needs, anticipating capability requirements to meet these needs, and developing recommendations to drive progress.
Contributes to enterprise-wide projects that drive progress on strategic priorities.
Manages and reports progress, milestones and timelines to ensure advancement and accomplishment of the organization's strategy, commitments and goals.
Supports annual strategy and planning process in coordination with other departments.
Supports analysis and stakeholder coordination for management systems to drive progress on strategic priorities and strategic capabilities. Assists leaders in defining organizational goals and strategic plans and management systems.
Educates the organization on best practices around strategy processes.
May support the expansion of the business through acquisitions or partnerships.
