Our team is tasked with building foundational marketing strategies in consideration of the full consumer funnel to drive brand and product growth. We identify and define business opportunities and strategic road-maps to fuel marketing plans and campaigns, while understanding and articulating the impact on business results.This individual will be responsible for:Develops marketing strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and objectivesLeverages data and consumer insights to drive strategic development and recommendations grounded in business realities to best meet consumer needsResponsible for developing marketing strategies, including the master brand, distribution strategy, consumer targets, segment life-cycle strategy (acquisition through cross sell, retention, and advocacy) and the overall campaign marketing strategy.Contributes to the development, evaluation, and interpretation of measurement frameworksEvaluates new opportunities for strategic alignment and marketing contribution, while remaining current on industry trendsDevelops and presents annual campaign briefsIdentifies appropriate stakeholders and works collaboratively to encourage diverse perspectivesQualifications:
Advanced degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business Administration preferred, 3+ years marketing experience required.Experience in a brand strategy, marketing strategy or related analytics role is highly preferredUnderstanding of brand and marketing performance and effectiveness measurementsAbility to consume complex data and research, connect disparate data points to draw meaningful insightsUnderstanding of analytic and storytelling approaches, and skilled at translating and communicating complex concepts and ideas across all levelsAbility to build and maintain relationships across teams, departments, peers, and various levels of leadershipA proven track record of driving strategic direction in aligned and actionable waysExperience working with analytics teams, creative and media agencies
