ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Marketing Science - Direct team and should have extensive experience in direct marketing and experimental design. The primary focus of this role is to capture, nurture, engage, and retain customers through strategic direct marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:Experimental Design: Develop and execute test and learn agendas to drive the evolution of direct marketing channels.Measurement: Create comprehensive measurement plans and implement a unified business intelligence solution for direct marketing channels.Leadership: Lead the direct marketing team and foster their motivation.
QualificationsProven experience in direct marketing and experimental design, preferably in a leadership role.Hands-on data science experience required.Strong knowledge of direct marketing channels.Proficiency in designing and executing experiments.Familiarity with various measurement tools and techniques.Excellent leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
