to oversee safety operations at a major project site in
Stanton, TN . This is a long-term, 12+ month contract with the potential for future opportunities at other BlueOval sites in
Kentucky
and

$70/HR
(Hourly Rate)•
$125/day
(Per Diem)• Pay: Weekly
Schedule:This is a full-time role with a
50-hour workweek , Monday through Friday, on the first shift from
6:30 AM to 4:30 PM . Occasional weekends may be required, depending on project deadlines, but are not expected regularly.
Scope of Work:The Lead Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing safety on
three key projects , including the construction of a Guard House and another ancillary building as well as an addition to a logistics building. All trades will be present on-site, requiring comprehensive safety oversight.
Required Certifications & Experience:•
CHST/CSP
and/or
OSHA 500• 5+ years of experience in construction safety management• A 4-year degree with 5+ years of experience will also be considered•
Ford/BlueOval experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the safety program for the project, ensuring all safety standards are met.
Conduct worker orientations and manage accident investigations, generating reports as needed.
Collaborate with the GC and other teams to enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance.
Perform regular safety inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe work environment.
Ford/BlueOval experience is required
