Job Duties and Responsibilities

DISH is looking for a detail oriented Supply Planner to join our team on the DISH Retail Wireless Product team. The Supply Planner III will develop and execute our supply plan, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless availability of devices for our cutting-edge 5G network, determining priorities and implementing strategies to reduce out-of-stock and over-stock issues.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Perform advanced planning assignments and collaborate with customers to shape supply plans for OEMs.

Utilize advanced supply chain software and address operational deviations.

Monitor inventory levels, shipments, and replenishment times to provide relevant planning/forecasting information.

Diagnose supply chain challenges, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions.

Represent the supply chain network through graphical and data-driven models, collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Participate in new device integration, special projects, and champion the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Supply Chain Planner III, you will have:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Management or other related fields required.

At least two years of experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in advanced Excel functions for precise data manipulation and insightful analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex challenges.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, with continuous improvement skills.

Familiarity with Supply and Demand planning systems like SAP, Kinaxis, o9, and Anaplan.

Effective communication skills for seamless interaction across all organizational levels.

Ability to translate data into actionable business strategies and commitment to DISH core values.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
