Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
As the Senior Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain by forecasting customer demand and aligning it with production and inventory strategies.
Key Responsbilitities:
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to gather inputs and reach consensus on demand forecasts.
Apply advanced statistical models to generate demand forecasts, considering market trends and seasonality.
Identify changes in demand due to pricing, promotional activities, and competitor pricing.
Segment products based on demand variability and suggest appropriate forecasting methods.
Synchronize inventory levels with projected demand, optimizing carrying costs and service levels.
Coordinate with supply planning and procurement to harmonize demand and supply activities.
Fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment that promotes commitment, skill growth, professional advancement, and continuous improvement.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Senior Demand Planner, you will have:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in statistical analysis, demand forecasting techniques, and demand planning systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production planning.
Experience with demand planning software, ERP systems, and APICS CPIM or other relevant certifications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to company core values and in-office presence in Denver.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
