Position Overview:
The Marketing and Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance our brand visibility and generate leads for our manufacturing products. This role combines creativity, market research, and analytical skills to create engaging content, design targeted advertisements, and drive successful marketing programs.
Key Responsibilites:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals and target audience.Content Creation: Produce compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, brochures, and product catalogs.Advertising Campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, print, etc.).Branding: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels, reinforcing the company's identity and values.Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.Lead Generation: Create strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers through targeted marketing initiatives.Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles is ideal and preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing).Proficiency in content creation and graphic design.Experience in lead generation and funnel management.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).Analytical mindset with a keen eye for data and performance metrics.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with video production and marketing.Knowledge of manufacturing processes or products.
