POSITON PURPOSE
The Program Manager, Organization Change Management plays a pivotal role in our organization’s strategic initiatives that drive transformative change. With a focus on leveraging proven change management methodologies, this role is dedicated to ensuring the seamless adoption of new technology and processes across the organization. The purpose is to cultivate a culture of adaptability, enhance organizational readiness, and minimize resistance to change. Through effective communication, collaboration, and training, this role empowers employees to embrace innovation, fostering a dynamic environment where each team member contributes to the success of our evolving initiatives.

Develop and implement change management strategies for multiple strategic initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of technology and processes.
Utilize established change management methodologies to assess organizational readiness and create tailored plans for successful transitions.
Collaborate with project teams to identify potential challenges and proactively address resistance to change.
Support communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
Develop a playbook that can be used or adapted for multiple projects.
Lead training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to embrace new technology and processes seamlessly.
Coach people managers and supervisors on change management methodologies and resistance management techniques.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to enhance overall adoption rates.
Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of change management efforts with organizational objectives.
Provide ongoing support to employees during the transition period, addressing concerns and facilitating a positive change experience.
Train, mentor and develop change agents throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain documentation related to change management processes, lessons learned, and best practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Business, Education, Computer Science, Psychology, or similar field
8 + years leading change management initiatives for complex technology programs/projects.
Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP/CCMP, CMI or similar)
Project Management tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira (or other tracking tool).
Proven experience in change management in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and their application to diverse organizational cultures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute effective change management plans that drive successful system adoption.
Project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and interpret data related to change initiatives.
PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a digital environment as part of a team building and delivering applications.
Strong business acumen.
Previous airline experience.
Takes initiative and is self-motivated to drive innovation and change.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or aviation governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, clients, customers, and the general team members. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to present to all levels of executive management and direct teams to complete service management tasks.
REASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Excellent time management skills.
DECISION MAKING
Makes decisions daily on use of resources, performance, and budgets. Decisions could require additional expenditure of resources if not sound decisions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Must be able to work onsite at least 3 days a week.
Typically not exposed to extreme environmental conditions.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel.
